SchoolEaseApp is a comprehensive school management solution that includes modules such as Academic, Fees, Examination, Certification, Accounts, SMS, Gatepass, and more, designed to simplify school operations.

3. Responsibilities of the School

  • Ensure accuracy of all data entered into the system.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Comply with local laws and regulations.
  • Renew the software license annually.

4. Responsibilities of SchoolEaseApp

  • Provide reliable and functional software.
  • Offer regular updates and improvements.
  • Provide support for smooth usage.
  • Not responsible for misuse or unauthorized access.

5. Data Privacy & Security

Schools retain full ownership of their data. While we implement strong security measures, we are not liable for data loss due to unforeseen events such as hardware failures or cyberattacks.

6. Limitations of Liability

SchoolEaseApp shall not be held liable for any financial or reputational loss. The software is provided "as-is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service.

Renewal charges may increase annually by 10% as part of ongoing improvements and support.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, including trademarks and software content, belong exclusively to SchoolEaseApp. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if terms are violated. Upon termination, all usage must cease immediately.

9. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued usage implies acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Return Policy

Once the software is licensed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies within Uttar Pradesh courts.
