By installing, accessing, or using SchoolEaseApp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our software.

2. Definition of Services

SchoolEaseApp is a school management software designed to facilitate administrative tasks through various modules, including Utility, Master, Academic, Fees, Examination, Certification, Account Master, Account Reports, Other Transactions, SMS, Gatepass, and School Bell.

3. Responsibilities of the School

The school is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data entered into SchoolEaseApp.

The school must ensure that all authorized users maintain confidentiality regarding login credentials and system access.

The school is responsible for maintaining compliance with local laws and regulations when using SchoolEaseApp.

To continue using the software, the school must renew the software license annually.

4. Responsibilities of the SchoolEaseApp

SchoolEaseApp provides the software on an "as-is" basis and ensures reasonable functionality and usability.

We provide periodic updates and support to improve software efficiency.

We are not liable for any misuse, incorrect data entry, or unauthorized access caused by the school’s staff.

5. Data Privacy and Security

SchoolEaseApp does not claim ownership of the data entered by the school but ensures that the data remains within the school’s control.

We take reasonable measures to safeguard the stored data but cannot be held responsible for data loss due to unforeseen circumstances such as cyberattacks, hardware failures, or user negligence.

6. Limitations of Liability

SchoolEaseApp shall not be held responsible for any financial loss, reputational damage, or legal implications resulting from the school’s use of the software.

We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that all functions will operate without interruption at all times.

Any third-party integration used with SchoolEaseApp is at the school’s discretion, and we shall not be liable for any issues arising from such integrations.

The software owner has the right to modify, change, remove, or add any feature of the software.

The renewal charges for the software will increase every year at a rate of 10%.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

SchoolEaseApp and all its associated trademarks, logos, and content are the exclusive property of its developers.

Schools may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or resell the software without prior written permission.

8. Termination of Service

SchoolEaseApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the software if a school is found to be violating these terms.

Upon termination, the school must discontinue all use of the software.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of SchoolEaseApp after any modifications constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Return Policy

Once the software has been licensed to a school, there will be no refunds issued if the school decides to discontinue using the software.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Constitution. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, Uttar Pradesh.
